The "inappropriate" photo showing model Athena Arscott being handcuffed by police Officer Mauricio Steffek appears in CitiLife magazine's spring issue.

with the city elite, wagging the dog's tail, tho he intended the ''kitch'' effect, his intentions were only good, and on a certain level, this is a wholesome gestalt with unintended offense.

The terms "camp" and "kitsch" are often used interchangeably, but the term "kitsch" refers spefically to art, music or literature, while "camp" is a much broader term. All things kitsch are also camp, but not all things camp are kitsch.(Wikipedia)

Regarding the City and Neighborhoods article, ''City Hall stews over steamy 'arrest' photo'', by ABHI RAGHUNATHAN, Friday May 5, 2006, Dear Editor,

Saludos! Applause! I think Officer Mauricio has a future in show biz; he should get a commendation for participating in a cultural event involving a number of St Petersburg's creative community, including diversity and real cultural confluence, ''a happy confluence of weather and scenery.''

Sterling Powell, the Citilife's magazine owner playing some ''camp'' with the city elite, is wagging the dog's tail, tho he intended the ''kitch'' effect, his intentions were only good and on a certain level, this is a wholesome gestalt with unintended offense.

For instance, the model, Athena Arscott in her Norma Kamali gold foil William 2000 swimsuit, mercy, is fully aware of what she was doing and she still approves of it, as does her mother and friends. Why? She is feigning affluence and displaying cognitive dissonance amongst those more and less sophisticated, culturally speaking. It is a study in urban provincial naïveity, the exposure a call to awakening. It's showtime! Bulls eye, Señor.
