Obesity

In the past 5 years the number of obese Americans has increased tenfold.
The number of Americans 100 pounds or more overweight has also dramatically increased in the past 5 years.
Does this tell anyone anything?
It tells me that Americans are overeating to comfort themselves while they watch their country and their lives fall apart! I also think that many Americans can't afford to eat healthy because of this inept government. I mean the increase timelines are certainly coincidental......

Myself, I fluctuate. I'm probably about 10-15 pounds over what i'd like to be. But Yeah, i've had nights where I'm so pissed off in every direction that i'll eat a whole bag of ruffle's original chips with sour cream to dip them in, in one sitting. I never used to do this, but it does temporarily soften the unfair edges that seem to surround me/us more and more. I question the media's presentation of this issue, as if once again, Americans are overfed and useless. I think Americans are really nervous and upset, and overeating to compensate for lack of representation by a bogus government.
What are your thoughts?

I don't want to talk about it.
Forty pounds at least
My weight has flucuated like crazy over the years
180 when I left high school 32" waist
Now I am around 240, my waist is thirty eight.
No idea where all the fat went, between my ears maybe.

The worse part is geezer shrinkage. I am about an inch shorter than I was in high school. But that has nothing to do with anything I suppose.

Over eating to comfort and can't afford to eat healthy maybe and and sedentary life style.
