'007'... License to ill, or to still.

seemed a clear choice, but billions of others had something to say,
through a convoluted labyrinth of noise stretching untold centuries.

Now I'm not so sure. But I have wiskee.

its tickly purple harbor lights and that's new
it's blurred crackles and waves of grey that waft to just under the sun and that's new
it's hello instead of nothing special and that's new
neighbors in my ears and eyes and that's new
beauty...and I do mean beauty...in subtle increments and that's new
pavement lines that don't meet in the middle and that's new
perfume and plastic and someone cooking with peppers and that's new
spiny mornings and gently fading evenings and that's new
glittery children and games I don't play now and that's new
everyone I ever loved passing by the window, going somewhere else and that's new
nothing important to be discontented about...
whoever you are, you're wonderful
"I bless you, all living things, I bless you in the endless past, I bless you in the endless present, I bless you in the endless future, amen" -Jack Kerouac

it's raining
a new year
from the skyfear
of a very dear
universe
and i am,
course after
course, altered
by the sky display....
the very way the colors
or another moment happen
upon eyelid films, me,
like a whatever-it-was
i believed in before i stopped
believing and you, like a meteor
making me so very sure i should
have listened when i was deaf

i need a seven
i need a healing
i hate endings
but i love a new beginning
the year went too fast
i begged for a rewind
but it's ok
i understand
and now today is tomorrow
Blessings to all
don't mind my tears
or the bending of my mind
forgive me when i disappear
i'm just the alien -kind
very .
Peace and love to all
read me, but don't play me backwards

one more trip around the sun
the wheel of the year turns

turn the page
to the year of our lord 2007

or as the anthropogists say 2007 CE
the year two thousand and seven of the common era

what year is it in China I wonder?

this year I resolve not to get any older
going to set my biological clock back to 1940

I wish you all a Healthy Happy prosperous Monday
You know it is going to be a good year that starts on a monday.

Everytime that wheel turn round
bound to cover just a little more ground

Astronomy Picture of the Day
NGC 6960: The Witch's Broom Nebula
Credit & Copyright: T. A. Rector (U. Alaska), WIYN, NOAO, AURA, NSF

Explanation: Ten thousand years ago, before the dawn of recorded human history, a new light must suddenly have appeared in the night sky and faded after a few weeks. Today we know this light was an exploding star and record the colorful expanding cloud as the Veil Nebula. Pictured above is the west end of the Veil Nebula known technically as NGC 6960 but less formally as the Witch's Broom Nebula. The rampaging gas gains its colors by impacting and exciting existing nearby gas. The supernova remnant lies about 1400 light-years away towards the constellation of Cygnus. This Witch's Broom actually spans over three times the angular size of the full Moon. The bright star 52 Cygnus is visible with the unaided eye from a dark location but unrelated to the ancient supernova.

I began the year
trying with the kids to let japanese balloons fly towards Orión
(no wind night, but they flew anyway!!)
and taking shelter in the land of swimming pools and air conditioned
(where I have no computer)
and I think the 007 agent is an asshole
but I like number 7!!!
feliz año nuevo studio eight friends!!!!
