takin’ musical spheres
process that’s movin’
recurrin’ types of stuff
soil settlin’
flowin’ water
mountains risin’
spewin’ volcanoes
beasts grazin’
growin’ veggies
humans thinkin’
jammin’ the earth
ain’t that somethin’

Glorious fantasia
mongst the flower sprouts,
rock paper scissors
quenching all her doubts,
cowpie toes
four leaf clover wishes,
Frankie Laine is croonin
while i'm doin
the dishes,
singing along
invincibly serene,
earth mama afternoon
behind a
bamboo screen.

mother ocean
wanted to sail her waters
Bogey and Bacall
in parrot paradise

rock me on your waters
I am
somewhere else
not here in this farm house

while somewhere else

I am on a beach with the surf washing over me
and her
as we move to the tide of the rushing surf

not here but some place else
in remote consciousness
of the future will have been

love the rainbow
reflection, refraction
also dispersion
use imagination
at its end
a pot of gold
and don’t forget
wondering about
some wizard of oz

We are sea creatures from the salty womb of mother earth

Rainbow brothers

is that a cliche yet

green as Oz
the emerald ocean
as I descend into her depth
I am guided by golden green
shafts of sunlight slanting down

Out on the ocean
the world rocking me under my feat
I would step onto terra firma a sailor on sea legs
But I swear I could I feel the earth wobble
under my feet
and the moon is leaving us I have heard
so we got to get it while we May

flowers power every where

Storm's brewin',
trees shakin',
God's gonna do
some cryin'!

Earth's thirsty,
I guess,
though it drank
gallons around
here for weeks,
no rest between
storms non-stop
it seemed, only
peaks of sun rays,
occasional light.

Today the sun won,
gardens adorned with
warmth, my skin blessed,
dressed sleeveless,
ahhhhhhhh the
earth as the satellite
of the mighty Ra!

But I guess she's thirsty again.
Sky's getting dark.
Storm's brewin',
branches reach up
sway to the moon and it's
not even time yet for
sunset...

God's gonna do
some cryin'
again!

long no time no rain here
sky clouds up and if feels so humid
like walking through a mist

but she don't rain no more
I could stand the sunshine
but the san antonio doldrums get me down

got to have a change in the weather

we got so many things to change
where is whimsical deb when I need her
with some upbeat news

Got dam public television
the oceans are dying
how do I know?
I saw it PBS

I don't know
so much good and bad news
how do you keep up

a storm is coming
and all I can do is find my own center
the eye in the center of the media blitz
about this or that.

All I know
is the children are being born
our flowers
can they save us

I just wish I was on a beach

I seem to appeaciate the earth most when I am looking at the ocean

this more ramble
than jam
sorry

can't fake the beat

I go to kick back and smell the flowers for awhile.

jamming the earth
the sun and the moon and the stars
the rose bush outside my window

jamming the blue bonnets
and the trash
a long a gritty highway

Jamming for bull frogs
and the monkeys in the tree
jaming for big sad apes

who is watching
over the planet
while I am jamming

mother nature
mother jones
mother theresa
holy mother of god

or is it a big daddio in the sky
la flowing lond beard
a seat on the NYSE
and money in the bank

oh mama
I don't know nothing about it
I just want some home grown tomatoes.

I threw the jam down
like a rainbow throws
the sky into a frenzy,
each color an inspiration
and I said to the Earth...

Let them inspire you,
the entire you, the you inside
of you, the true you you never
knew before! Be a coloriffic
connasseur, a hue whore!
Let the purple peak through
along with the blue and get the
yellow out, entirely! You'll be
in rainbow heaven! I guarantee it!
Let the colors inspire like a live wire
electronic painting connected to
yer spine! Thanks for the hues
and the glow residue and for
inspiring mine!
