Banner ART! Post your paintings for banners here!

Hi all.

Do you have any paintings you'd like to see as banners on the Studio Eight forums?

Please post your paintings here which could be selected to be used for future banners.

Bright vivid colors work well as banners. But we are open to all types of paintings. Please keep in mind the size and dimensions of the banner. The banners are 771 pixels wide by 231 pixels high and 72 dpi so it would be good if the paintings you post were at least 771 pixels wide and could work well cropped to fit.

We have many banners created from your photos but fewer using paintings so let the paintings catch up! ;)

Looking forward to seeing your posts!

Thank you, panta! I made a banner out of one of them .. the watercolor colorful splash.... and posted it again. It's still up there now ... if you catch my post while it's still up there.. damn, wish there was a better way to document these.. The others you posted, YES! Will make banners as time allows! :)

Mark/Wireman - Of course your wires are welcome! how could you think otherwise!? Thank you! :)

Jimbo... think horizontal.. heh.. ok! Can't wait to see the fishing shack, the sea, whatever you have to offer. I LOVE your artwork! Thank you! :)

Panta, these aren't wide enough for the banners. Yes, I need higher resolution. I couldn't get any higher resolution from your flicker pages, unfortunately. If you'd like to email me some images, would be great. Thanks.

Apologies panta and jimbo, for not making banners from these yet. I've been busy. Will do it eventually....

Life as we knew it turned into life as we didn't know it so i've been trying to figure it out so it's life as I know it once more.

Or something.

:)

Thanks for your contributions!

here's one i did today
snuck a hit of b&b into my coffee
at the local imperial $tarbuck$
bought a cop a coffee too!
feliz navidad.
told him,
"we are all dark angels
continually renewing ourselves."
he was appreciative, big dude,
good eye contact,
the light was intense behind him
