Yes, it's one of my very favorite banners, Mark & westie, this photo by mnaz. I probably use this banner more often than any of them.
I only change them to entertain myself. (and you guys thought it was for you? haha!
)

Excellent choice for a banner today
I like the blonde's side long look. I always liked her dress too but today I noticed for the first time that she is waring a blouse with it. I suppose it was the Hayes office that made them do that.
