the grinch
he tries to steal
with much aplomb
and appeal

but in the end
it gets revealed
he's only a pretender
in the field

Now the lavender christmas tree
it has a heart
it's only drawn
and kind of dark

nevertheless it's still a heart
(in the middle of a woods
made of press boards
paint, and wistful goods)

still, it shines
and sends a wish
Christmas has found you,
now grab the bliss!

Happy Holidays JB!

Very real how I was feeling at the time,
the onset of the season yet with my personal world
falling apart.....................

iI changed my anger and despair, in fact, into cheer!
I placed large xmas bulbs on our deaD front yard tree
i call it my wisdom tree

it does show a sick man
feeling the true spirit yes

and thankyou whimzy deb
i never thou8ght you were an asshole
despite what thaT asshole said

what is worse?
jim morrison's antics on stage
or his OD suicide in Paris?

what is worse?
hamlet's impotence to take himself out of his small world toward life?
or his murder suicide after he told his beloved to "hie thee away to a nunery"?

fuck it!
happy new year!

Happy New Year, Jim!

We had fun making the cartoon painting. I hope you laughed at it, too. If you want it, I'll send it to you. Your making a funny face in the photo was inspiring! Very funny and the sound track, too!

Sometimes the holidays aren't easy to get through, I know. I've had many of those, myself.

I wish you bright light, beautiful peace and a very happy 2011!
