Take care of yourself. Boy try finding a dentist on the week ends.

I hope you got antibiotics

that don't sound like anything you want to let go very long.

I used to have the CB handle toothless tiger.

Thanks for the info on the friend/foe thing
I am not sure if I am the most paranoid person on studio eight, I must be in the top ten.

A fellow on litkicks used to say "nothing wrong with being paranoid if you are paranoid." I think his user name was 'headburner'

he wrote this the following poem, if you can use a moment's poetic distraction from the pain I recommend it.

Eating Ghosts
"Natural selection, as it has operated in human history, favors not only the clever but the murderous." Barbara Ehrenreich

I set the permissions so even when viewing the board as a guest, you can see the uploaded files.

Thanks, James, for explaining what was wrong.

We definitely want visitors to see the uploaded files.

Thanks, James!

I'll have to think about adding the mod. That is annoying. Logging into the ACP 2x is a good thing I think for security purposes (however annoying), as well as not being redirected back to the thread you were viewing when you log in after viewing as a guest (also annoying)... At this point, though, I'm not annoyed enough to make any of those changes right now. I'll keep it mind for the future! Glad to know these annoyances can be fixed.

How did you know the host changed the "max_connections" and moved our account to a different machine?
