I'll add it to the autumn folder for the rotation. (Not sure what date that starts because this automatic rotation with every click is only a few weeks old but I think we started it in October some time for the fall banners to start feeding in with the non-seasonal art & photo banners)... Anyway, eventually you'll see it up there!

If you have more images for fall, if you could post the images here, that would be great! Thank you! (I can crop them and set the type... no problem)

Oh but I like what you did with the type on that banner... that's not what I'm saying.

Also, for credit purposes, I need to know where the photo came from. Is this your photo? If so, I'll credit it as "photo and banner by neologistic" (or your real name if you prefer) ... if it's not your photo, we need to credit the photographer and I'd also credit it as "banner by neologistic" ...

Now this is getting too long. Sorry. lol

PS - you will see some images in the rotation where I didn't credit the artist or photographer... those were the first banners I made for the site when I didn't know what I was doing. But hey, oh well... I don't know what I'm doing much of the time, but I try to learn as I go along.

I love that site! Not sure if there are artworks/paintings there but there are plenty of great photos! Morgue File is a term that used to be (or still is) used in the newspaper industry, I believe. Here it is...

I don't mind cropping them myself.

The photographers who put their stuff up on morguefile want them to be used...!
if I remember correctly from the last time I used that site, the photographer's name & account link is there and sometimes they ask for feedback as to how their stuff is used but sometimes they don't.. anyway.. check it out and thnx again!

ps - that photo is cropped so tight that if you don't get permission, I think it will be OK because it's probably not identifiable as a particular photo from a particular photographer so I'm not all that concerned .... I'll just say "banner by neologistic" or your real name, whichever you prefer... but if you find out, let me know. thanks!

I adore this banner rotation feature. I've been wanting to do this for years. My son, eyelidlessness, made it happen. How did he do that? He's a genius, I guess. I have no idea where he gets his smarts. All I can do is dream of ideas. Achieving them is a whole different story.

I am looking for a winter picture knip posted a couple of years ago I have not found it yet but I found one winter picture by Glorious Amok I thought was nice but not sure if would make a bannner
