Log in problems

I could not stay logged in past 2 days, any one else have a problem?

Yep, me too. Used to be I could just be on log in automatically, but now each time I visit, i must sign in.....no biggie, just different....

Using Internet Explorer, I don't seem to have a problem. When I use Firefox, I have to log in 2x to get on here.

I don't know what the problem could be, Mark & hester.... I'm a techie dummy.

Try another browser? That's my most educated recommendation.

Also, if it's no longer recognizing your automatic log-in, go to your advanced preferences of your browser and clear the cache, then quit the browser, start it up again, hit the site, log in and check the box to remember you and see if that works.

Could be a cookie problem, too. And you can find the cookies for Studio Eight in your advanced preference settings. If you remove all the Studio Eight cookies, then hit the site again, hopefully it will reset them properly.

That's as far as my knowledge goes and it's not really knowledge, just troubleshooting guessing.

well i changed to internet explorer and it seems to work, very frustrating on aol for some reason......let's see ......submit
