No! I hate debate. It's nothing but arguing. I wouldn't participate.

I don't know. I'd have to see a Debate Forum in action before I'd be able to decide if I'd participate.

Just a poll to find out ...

If we added a Debate Forum here, would you want to participate?

i used to debate in school, but i'm not a lover of the form in itself. If a topic arises that draws me, i'd debate! (that isn't one of the options,...oh, wait a minute, maybe it's the wait and see one....)

in any case, d, i didn't vote....

OK. Well just wondering. We'll see how the poll goes. I know there are debates that go on on these forums all the time but wondered if setting aside a forum for them might have some interest to people.

We could offer a 50,000 dollar prize for the winner.

Wait the prize money just increased to 250,000

There is a lot of buzz how 911 conspiracy sites are being linked to holocaust denial sites. Supposedly that is a conspiracy too.
Eric Hufschmid: Painful Questions, Painful Deceptions
Hufschmid is a Holocaust denier, and proud of it. In a January 6, 2006 essay, he wrote, “People who question the official story of the Holocaust are not Holocaust Deniers. Rather, they are Holocaust Truth Seekers, or HoloHoax Exposers.”
http://www.erichufschmid.net/Separating ... m_lies.htm
Mr. Hufschmid also claims that the Apollo Moon landings were faked, that Flight 77 did not hit the Pentagon, and is widely considered an embarrassment among the reality-based parts of the 9/11 truth movement. Hufschmid's article is one of the least informed rants in favor of Holocaust Denial available anywhere, and promotes the cause of Herr Zundel.

I don’t know why I can’t keep an open mind? I am always throwing the baby out with the bathwater.

This is Mr. Hufschmid other website on the 911 debate

"screw it"

I'm going for a walk before spring morning turns into sweltering summer day.

I'm confused, 'truckin.

Are you saying that there are many issues which are being debated on the internet on other sites and quoting examples of those debates?

Are you saying you would like to participate in such debates here at the Studio in a forum specifically set aside for debates?

Or???

I suppose I don't want any debates because I am too irrational to debate. I can't deal with it. It is my Achilles heel.

There is plenty of debate sites going. For example there are 712 million hits on google for building 7 collapase on 9/11/01. The only thing that gives more hits is 'sex' at 739 million hits.

I suppose one person's reasonable questions is another person's nightmare.

I should have sat on my hands and let this one slide. You have no idea how much I regret my post above. I suppose I am saying that Open Mike is a dam good place for debates.
