Hello everyone,

Just released this week is The Cenacle | 65 | June 2008: http://www.geocities.com/scriptorpress/cenacle/65.html (size = 5.3 MB)

This is an especially good issue, with cover & interior photos derived from the Jellicle Literary Guild’s Manifestation Project (or Manifest Project for short). Contents include:
• “B Is for Body”—an essay on language by my old friend & linguistics scholar Ralph H. Emerson
• “Serendipity is a Happy Accident?”—new fiction by G.C. Dillon
• New poetry by Ric Amante, Judih Haggai, Joseph Ciccone, & Michael Van Kleeck
• “A Very Old Man With Enormous Wings”—reprint of the classic short story by Gabriel Garcia Marquez
• Psychedelic Reality: CydelikSpace”—reprint of a section of D. M. Turner’s excellent volume The Essential Psychedelic Guide
• My own writing in the issue included a letter to Senator Barack Obama, Why? fixtion, Many Musics poetry, & a Notes from the Northwest devoted to the development of the Manifest Project.

Since The Cenacle has become a quarterly periodical this year, I’ve renewed my efforts toward a timely, varied, better journal.
