Studio8 - Uniting the Arts

Ray Soulard, Jr has just put out another issue of Cenacle. It's truly gorgeous including writing by Ray, Jim Burke III, me - judih haggai, and a few others including Ginsberg, Snyder and friends.
The cover is a painting Anemone did from a photo of me.

Great issue.
Be warned - the poems he chose of mine are not the pollyanna sort, not that i do pollyanna.

The first letter states a frame of mind that is involved and detached, and that comes from being reminded of it as well as knowing it from experience. Meditation in whatever form gets us there. Minimalist periods of time.
