Soon, we will be adding another website to the Roving Word Jammers venues!

iblieve, a member here at S8, will be joining with us to offer his forums as a place to have Word Jams!

Question....

How often do you want to do the Jams?

The idea I have is to do one Jam per month at each of the 3 venues, then take the 4th weekend of the month and either take a break or do a special event here at S8, like an Imagine-ation Jam or an Online Improv Play or something else entirely.....

Is that too much?? hmmmm?

All suggestions welcome!

It'd be good to have a jam every weekend - more opportunity to reach those who'd like to but who aren't always glued to a computer on weekends (?!)

i found that the darc forum is dark and as such influences my flow.
Each place has its own flavour and that, too, is dynamic.

Was there supposed to be a jam this weekend? Is it still darc?

I got so far behind on everything... with computer issues and phone lines and work stuff... i didn't announce a jam for this weekend and didn't even get in touch with you, judih, to talk about it. I'm so sorry.

Yeah, it would be cool to have one every weekend because some, including me and you, might not be able to make it to all of them...... weekdays, people are often busy, too...

but maybe we shouldn't have a firm schedule at all... maybe we should play it by ear? I donno. What do you think? Sometimes weekDAYS might work best. who knows? What do you think?

The next one should have been this weekend, yes....I try to keep up with it, but I lost a day or two and before I knew it was time to announce and I didn't.... so, that's when I posted the idea of having an Image-ination Jam next weekend.

You and I need to keep in closer contact about all this since the Jam forums are yours ...I should have contacted you.

If you want to have an impromptu Jam this weekend, go for it! You can announce them any time you want....Yeah, the darc forum is dark!... there are nightlights shining everywhere! I think it's cool to have different atmospheres.... a different dynamic, yes!!

The Jam iblieve started in his Poetry forum may still be there... probably is.... start one here, too, if you want... Impromptu jammin' GO GO GO! lol... gotta love it!

Yes judih we are darc and the forums are darc but hey we love the darcness, but sure do love the jams too and can make our schedule fit whatever works for everyone else. Just let us know when and where and we'll post it at our site.

The jam is still going at our site and is probably going to be there for awhile just to encourage people to write something. Let me know what you decide. I'm easy to please and work well with others despite the fact that my nickname is a**hole.

i wrote a spontaneous poem with the image of a tree and roots in reply to this late last night and posted it here some time before the sun came up.... but i decided to edit it some and put it in a poetry forum or not... lol

at any rate, thank you both for the inspiration!
