I can never keep an electronic calendar... I still use the kind you write on... I get the real big ones with big squares on them... lol... 'cause i'm half blind...

.......there were a lotta camera flashes so i imagine they'll be online at poetryinbaltimore.com real soon....we got to the show early and set up, did a sound check, got the electronic tabla and tambura going and did a couple of numbers for the earlybirds...raga celtic delta blues was the featured act and we went on right around midnight got into the middle of our 6 piece set and the whole place took off, everyone dancin and drummin and going wild, it was awesome D, everyone was ready for it after 4 hours of poetry and with these 2 guys jamie wilson http://homepage.mac.com/birdhousestudios/1.html on percussion and ralph renaldi playin his electric guitar the india electronics and me pumped up...well i'll never forget it....can't wait to see the pics...

I can't go home again?
There is only one building in that skyline that I can still recognize. The smokestacks under the word POETRY in the top banner. Right there near the inner harbor.

I usualy feel at home in any big city. Houston, Chicago, Baltimore Boston, all of them except San Antonio I always feel like a tourist here. And NYC. I feel claustrophobic there for some reason.


Sorry I missed the show but glad for the poetry in baltimore website. Going to check it out.
