.......this wired man put a good year of his life as head foreman of reinforcing steel erection on this concrete and stone Wonder......check it out on the mall in D.C. ....there's also some great shots and an arcticle in the september...o4 smithsonian magazine......mark

Hey Mark, it would be great if you could post some pics ... these would be of some interest... and I am way too far north to check them out in person..... does the Smithsonian have an associated ezine that we could check out.... ?

I am really looking forward to seeing those shots, Mark. Since you worked on its constructions, you will have such a unique view. I did a yahoo search for an online version of the Smithsonian magazine and came up with a couple links to the story about the this fantastic museum. I took the liberty of scarfing a couple of magazine shots of the architecture for a taste/tease.
