I wrote this song when i was 15, first one I ever wrote and probably one of my favorites. I was sitting in a locker room drinking a powerade when all of a sudden I started thinking about how great it must be to have a powerade endorsement. After that I wrote this song and passed it around to my friends at school. It got a lot of laughs so now I think I'll post it here.

Keep in mind i was very new to songwriting when I wrote. It doesn't flow too well and it's very corny and lewd at times but still funny

Wish i got paid to drink powerade,
I'd guzzle, I'd gulp it, I'd sip it, and swallow,
Cuz if I got paid to drink that powerade,
I'd party all night and drink it all day,
but I don't get paid for that damn powerade,
It takes all my money and then gives it away,

I'm fucking thirsty,
and tired as hell,
wish I had an energizer,
my eyelids keep falling and I can't even think,
and i still got a shit load of work,
I just need a buck for that energy drink.

Baby if I had that powerade,
I'd sit around all day and drink it,
and when night comes I'd party my ass off,
and get wasted and all of that shit,

Baby I see you got some blue stuff,
and I got me some red,
why don't we mix it up baby and see what we get,
and then I'll try to get you in bed,
where we could sip it and swallow, guzzle and gulp,
cuz life's so great when you get paid,
to drink that damn powerade.
