the humour of S8 - what makes you laugh?

humour is important. a person's sense of humour can sometimes seem, to them, to be completely their own. an alien thing that no one else can relate to (it seems). I've often felt like a weird goofy fuck because of my humour.
so...
post a response. list funnies, comics, styles of humour... what makes you laugh? what is your "humour"?
since I was very young I've been drawn to the surreal. I absolutely worshipped people like vic reeves, the monty python boys and the team of writers at spitting image from about the age of 9, 10 or 11.

please watch this full clip:

and I "borrowed a dance from 2.55 minutes into the video above:
this is the dance I use when I need to amuse some sad face or just when I'm drunk and want to act the fool. it is sexy:

a python sketch I loved as a child and it still hurts my belly with laughter:

and if you can remember john major? the pm during the first iraq outing. the usa had the other bush, we had john major. a man so dull he made neville chamberlain seem like a crazy fool.
<object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/CJu6uJ7xpkE&hl ... ram><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/CJu6uJ7xpkE&hl=en&fs=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>
but I've since grown to love stand ups. Bill Hicks, Richard Pryor, Chris Rock, David Cross, Eddie Izzard and of course, the now late, George Carlin.
I also loved a UK series called Jam written mainly or completly by the massive genius of Chris Morris:

Basically, I'm a goofy bastard with a leaning towards surreal, ireverant, parody of political pricks... I also love humour that makes you do this, "hahahahha......ooohhh.... that's just not... that's.... tasteless...just... bad taste...."
Hicks is the closest thing I have to a hero:

I'll finish my post with Jimmy Carr. My current favourite of a crop of new UK comics. Brilliantly witty, sharp and linguistically interested comic:

he told a story of a heckler at one of his shows: "during a quiet part of the show i overheard a guy say to his friend, 'there used to be a pool table where that stage is.'...", and "what's worse than biting into an apple and finding a worm? being raped!"
