When you get to thinking you're a person of some importance, try ordering someone else's dog around (--Will Rogers)

The common toad proves that God has a sense of humor

I decided long ago that I could never afford to be rich

Nature's own music is the best accompaniment to a walk

I'll trade you a GPS for a USGS topographical map any day

Only a dog can offer truly unconditional love

Mathematics is everywhere, and it is beautiful
