to figure yourself so enlightened and superior to others that you can presumptively smear the character of people you don't know and call them hateful names and never hold yourself accountable for it afterward. That's pretty special.

Yeah. Well that's what makes the world go 'round, right? Self righteousness.
I know all about this. There are people who I know who flat out refuse to apologize. And hey, that's fine, I guess, 'cause if they did apologize, it wouldn't be sincere.
I've had an on-going argument about the validity of apologies for several years now. I finally realize, it ain't happenin'.
Sighhh... sad.

I plead Randy Newman.
Guilty baby I'm guilty
And I'll be guilty the rest of my life
at least that is the way it goes for me with women.

I am not much on Bible reading mnaz, I have only read bits and pieces. But for some reason this bit comes to mind.
"a double minded man is unstable in all his ways" James
Nobody more double minded than me I used to think. But I suppose it is like the old west, it seems someone always comes along who is faster on the draw, or more double minded.
I like the juuxtoposition of these two posts by the same person.
If you disrespect anybody that you run in to
how in the world do you think anybody's s'posed to respect you?
What where you thinking? That talking about things you don't know anything about and have no genuine interest in would make you ... what? ... intelligent? popular? fun? interesting?
I wonder, what was she thinking?
