Another friend; less death-like than the one of Rick. I intended her posture, the holding of herself, to show self-enclosure, protection; the space that she occupies in this is part of it, how it's restful yet confining.

i really hadn't anticipated the expressive qualities
of the human persona in figure studies
and can see that you are an explorer in this way
