Studio8 - Uniting the Arts

I just finished the first in a series that I am calling "In The Garden Of.." I have included a few detail shots this time so you can see the routering a little better and also to see that what I am doing with this series is I am drawing the figure onto some very heavy water colour paper, and then adhering it to the plywood. So enjoy....

great idea to make close-ups of your paintings!!!! love the colors and the crescent borders in this one!. If I were in front of the painting sure I would want to touch the wood green veins!! (sure, I would also ask permission to the author!!! ) gracias for sharing, artguy!!!!!!!

beautiful. i like that it's mixed media, the portrait is lovely and the little starry flowers make it sweet and feminine. i would love to see more of this series.
