reason is over rated, as is logic and common sense-i much prefer the passions of a crazy old woman, cats and dogs and jungle foliage- tropic rain-and a defined sense of who brings the stars up at night and the sun up in the morning---

thanx everyone....I guess this painting was therapy for me without me really knowing it at the time...it started out to be something entirely different, then morphed into what I now see as a painting of someone I know that continues to deny her addiction......someone that I have had many opportunities to watch her very real face morph the same way......appreciate the comments.......I never knew painting could be like keeping a journal.....
