this one is very interesting
none of that so-brilliant white
instead an interesting values range
barely muted and juxtaposed with that deep red
instead of white
and painted with ease and natural flow
very comfortable
yet challenging
deep spatial sensations
inner or outer?
visual or soulful?
the red slashes in the hearth
zen gardening,
stones and sand
and that mysterious linear energy flow
in a timeless sense of groundlessness
home is every moment

As you know Jimbo emptiness is a very subtle and layered (non)concept....

indeed one that i recently had a bit of insight into
by way of an analogy
the universe is always changing
no real center to essential reality
one can see this as terrifying
or one can see that this moment is home
supposedly
anyhow
am enjoying this series immensly
what do ya think?
i guess find it thru painting
in some sense
