The medium is digital... using a digital drawing/painting app.

The sizes vary.. measured in pixels... but in inches something like 10 inches wide at 72 dpi ... Unfortunately, this app I'm using doesn't let me create them at 300dpi for printing like photoshop does. But I've managed to increase the dots per inch to 300 for a couple of the new ones (not these) to use on tshirts in the online store I'm developing (fingers crossed that the print quality will be good).

I've been using 3 different fun painting/drawing apps since I joined the "Asemic Writing" group on facebook. These apps are extremely simplified without the bells and whistles of photoshop but I'm having fun with them!
