The title's missing from the second one. It's supposed to say, "Handful of Knowledge." And I changed the title of the third to, "But I like the Green Ones." I think it fits the expression on my face a little better. And it's true. I don't like red apples.

Don't you think the first two would make excellent album covers? I do, but I'm biased of course. ;)

Peace,
Barry

i don't particularly like pure red apples too sweet
not the green ones too sour
but the inbetween ones just sweet tart apples
as distinguished from the ladies

you go from flower child to tough guy professional
man you are kind of scary but i bet you dig steven segal
with the nasty tommygun an th buddhist beads
just dont be posting your firearms too much
ya might get a shotgun wedding from some local western hillbillies
who might take a likin to yer nevermynd
better to leave em hangin an handy along with those brass knuckles ya got
in your jacket pocket holster where a derringer should go
i'm on a survival mission
yo ho ho an a bottle of rum om

I'm hip to yer jive, jimbo, but to be quite honest, I don't dig Steven Seagal movies. Not sure about the dude himself. Probably a good guy. At least in all his movies he is. Fighting for the downtrodden and all that? Yeah. maybe I do dig him. And Teddy Roosevelt, too.

PS: Don't be scared. I'm a pussycat more than a lion. Kind of a lamb, actually.:)

Oh, Doreen, I wish. But it turns out I'm not so good at playing guitar. Got these big club-like fingertips. But singing, writing lyrics? Yeah, maybe. Need a group, though.

Peace,
Barry
