The Temporal Theatre of Clouds

Post by mtmynd » November 14th, 2010, 2:09 pm

The Temporal Theatre of Clouds Usurping Imagination for Awe
... another sunrise but again so unique as is our days -

Image
_________
fastidiously the moon holds it's fullness never to cower from the clouds that may veil its beauty -

Image
_________
the overwhelming presence of this passing message from Nature dispels all doubt as to the glory and power of it's magnificence -
Image

_________
shhhh... the setting sun leaves it's trace upon the clouds, the last rays and warmth of the day passing into night -

Image
_________
good morning, Phar Lepht!! (is this a sign that the day will be bright as these first rays...?)

Image
_________
the drama seems ceaseless in it's ability to distill awe into droplets of bliss powerful enough to intoxicate imagination without a hangover -

Do I dare say better than 1000's of words? Seldom get such sunsets here--must be either too early/late. Have had some surreal moon behind clouds nights--full moon burning and clouds black, fantastic silhouettes, slowly moving, changing. Thanks. jim

gracias a usted, amiga mia... it's good to know we both share our joy in cloud watching, :)\

... and thank you, jim turner, for stopping by. indeed, the southwest does paint many a wondrous sunrise/sunset more often than not... even cloudless sunsets will often paint the skies brilliantly before bidding the eye adieu until the following morning.
