After breakfast we hopped a shuttle to downtown. There was a Bead Show going on which is initially what brought us here. The first venue was at the Santa Fe Convention Center which was a new place for me, not having been there for quite awhile. We were early so I did some walking around, camera in hand, enjoying the peace fullness of the morning and the pleasant surroundings which are so famous and picturesque.
Across the street from the Center is this Federal Court House and its unique rock work was a Kodak Moment -

Some of the Civic Center had some very interesting sculptures around the grounds -

(a close-up of above)

... and this large metal sculpture of a longhorn -

On an adjoining patio this grand sculpture dominated the area -

... and a view from inside looking out to the same sculpture. (were they visiting for a moment before flying off..?)

The art were well represented inside the Civic Center also with this very dramatic wall piece looking down on the people in the lobby -

... and this piece made completely from found objects -

Across the street from the venue I took this morning shot of a typical street in Santa Fe, still quiet on a Saturday morning-

Enough for now with another series to come.
Thank you for looking.
