in the right corner is Lake Montebello....I live one block away....it's an extraordinary area for city life.....there are lanes around the lake, ( without cars ) for walking, biking, skating and there is someone there 24 hours a day.....exercising, or just drinking in ( so to speak)...it's beauty......I'm close enough that I can see a portion of it from my back sun-porch....an addition I added to the house in 1978.....I bought this place in 1975....It was known the as a handyman special......neglected for a long time.....the selling price....Hold on...........................................$13,500
