Arrrr she be a worthy vessel then!!!! Arrrr have you ever seen "Knife In The Water"???? In that movie there be a fine ship indeed!!!!

Wooden Boats

Rrrr, I've seen bits and pieces. Nice wooden boat she is.
I have a photo of a marina taken in 1950. All slips filled, not one fiberglass boat. All wooden.

Arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr they don't build them like they used to be!!!! Arrrrrr you best be looking for that movie. For it be good!!!! But if the video store doesn't have it. You yell out "YOU SCURVY DOGS I'LL KEELHAUL YOU FOR THAT"!!!! He He!!!!

Rrrr,,, that movie be on IFC all the time. I'll say a dozen time in a year Rrrr. Only thing is it be in a foreign tongue matie. I have to read what they say. Rrrrrr!!! See what I'm sayin? Hear what I'm seeing?

Yes Dave. The boat belongs to Walter Adey who works for the Smithsonian. He had the all wooden three mast sail boat built for research. He harvested the wood from has own land, cured and milled it on site.
