Do you think it's a painting or under glass? The picture seems to show an overlap of what appears to be either glass or maybe thick plastic over the poster/painting.

All this speculation and we should be asking DtD, eh? :lol:

It's a painting. Mounted under glass for display.

Well I don't know that for sure, but that's what it looks like to me. A painting on paper with a glass (maybe plastic, who knows?) display on top.

The white around HOPE looks like waves or ocean foam to me.

That part baffles me.

I do not think it is a painting doreen

Dave said it is "blown Glass"
Found this on Gallery Night a couple days back. It was at a place that makes blown glass items

That looks like the reflection from either the overhead light or the flash when the pic was taken.

But there is a chance it's sea foam which would add an element of surprise to the piece. ;)

Trying to decipher...???...two-dimensional images in a three...four? more?...dimensional world can be tricky. Or is that trixy?
