maybe the bright painted colors on the wall and street lamp
are not the norm in more sedate and cosmopolitan argentina

this looks more like a third world scene
maybe a mutant nation

i got no idea?

if i was that close to rosario
i would ask arcadia for a visit

maybe she would be able to answer your question
i'm on a survival mission
yo ho ho an a bottle of rum om
