they are great!!!!!!!
the first one: I specially like the angle and the visual-color-trips to reach the blue sky!
the second one: I definetely don´t feel in Buenos Aires seeing it!!!!!!

maybe the bright painted colors on the wall and street lamp
are not the norm in more sedate and cosmopolitan argentina
this looks more like a third world scene
maybe a mutant nation
i got no idea?
if i was that close to rosario
i would ask arcadia for a visit
maybe she would be able to answer your question
