New banner - City Skyline w/reflection

I just created this new banner with a photo by Barry Kooda. Barry is a musician who has been featured on the Radio8 show. He's also a photographer. 
(The rotating banners will eventually include a feature where when I create a new banner, the banner stays up at the top of the page for 24-hours without the rotation for that day. Working on that. Until then, take a peak at this one! I just love it. You should see it in the rotation, also)
