When using a digital camera, do you have to make setting changes, or does the camera's eye capture it regardless of lighting.

Hmmm, good question.
So far The camera seems to be on auto-pilot.
It has an auto setting and a night setting. I asume the night setting gives a full flash and the auto flashes when needed.
The camera does have manual settings but I haven't figured them out yet, I'm still learning. This particular camera will even take a short video.
