The rose seems to be enjoying it's home.....a little divine inspiration keeping it's petals full of life....

Dave did any one tell you that you have a great future in commercial photograhy. Just goofing, I really do like it. Some college kids put me up when i had left school and was a hanger on around the U Of MD campus in college park. One was studying photography. He would blow the the liquor adds, vodka or gin, not sure, he would look for the reflections in the ice cubes and stuff like that. I tell dave he showed me one that looked like a smiling devils face. Not that means anything, just a factoid.

dp - Here's the story and how it came to be. One day about a few years back I found the gin bottle in a paper bag lying up against a tree. I picked it up and looked at it. I then decided to take it back to my place where I was living at the time. I then got the idea to get a fake rose to put into it. So I went out and bought one and put it in the bottle and that's how it was for a while. The prayer card that you see. I got that from this one guy who some how gave it to me. I then added it to it and there's how it finally came to be. Oh no roses in my garden only plants and weeds these days.

st - Yes I do have a degree in photography. I was surprise how it turned out on the dig cam.

I know you explained how the picture happened, but it is serendepity in that it looks like the work of a genuis, I mean it just represents things as they are in the age of faked expectations, money won't buy me love. I caugh a bit of Iggy Pop's new CD, it might be an old show, but the Song Corruption, liked to hear that again
