Thanks everyone. I believe my lens was a bit dirty or wet. It was damp and around 10pm when I almost ran over that frog who didn't budge an inch when I drove by so I had to go back and get a few shots. That frog is about as big as my hand. He jumped from the puddle and grabbed a bug while I was shooting but he was too fast for this shutter bug.
