These are all great pictures but it is the 3rd one I set as my background. Is that okay? I love that shot! I really like your ship pics...I never realized there was so much rigging!

If I could just get a shot of one of those tall ships up in the creek I'd be happy. They use to sail up in here in the late 1800s. I don't believe there would be enough water today.

Looks like a good creek for Yellow Perch. Any of them in Virginia? That is what we used to call them in Maryland.

This here creek is salt water. There may be some perch in there but mostly the regular salt water favorites visit this rather shallow creek.

duh me, I suppose that is why you call it tidewater Virginia,

The creek I was thinking was off the Gun Powder river way up from the Bay. I loved catching those perch, beautiful colors, not to many bones. I could live on fish. And an occasional avocado.
