nice lil port there looks like a coast guard station of some such official little place.

You are looking at the newly renovated Yorktown Waterfront. The last hurricane, Isabelle, took most of the old waterfront. There is a Coast Gaurd training base just out of view though. One of the Coast Guard's larger bases.

Are those nukes abourd that boat?

I used to watch the USofA navy boats firing cannon artillery out onto the Vietnam coast, we'd see them flying up the coast coming back up to Cam Ranh Bay from the southersn zones. We used to fly about 20 feet off the deck, would gently trim it back so if we lapsed the plane would make a gentle climb, kept slight forward pressure on the flying wheel, th yoke as it were,
and would come up upon these navybean soup trawlers firing cannon onto the shore, would have to be sure to swing wide seaward so as not to get shot down ourselves by friendly fire. This did happen by th way at an artillery base, split the cargoplane in half, mercy.

that looks like a cruise missile ship.
they were firing those things across florida at one time.
