Summer In Wisconsin - Part #4

This is the last part. I'm not sure what that one area is in the foreground. It seems it was put there not too long ago.
Here a picture of it close up.
When I looked at it myself it seemed to be a surveying marker. At least that's what said on it. But then why would there be that type of a layout just for that???? I figure that there might be something more to it. It could be two things either a buried time capsule or some one's ashes could be there. I did e-mail the Department of County Parks which over sees Indian Lake and so far I've not heard back from them on what it could be. Hmmmm maybe they want to keep it a secert!!!! Anyway enjoy the last part of it!!!!
