LOL!

Seriously... I use photoshop daily. I'm pretty good at seeing when a photo has been digitally touched up. Her body suit is blurred, smoothed, using the finger tool. Trust me on this. :)

The cuffs don't look like cuffs and I really don't think they's cuff a person as they were putting the person into the cruiser.

It's not real. :D

Right, it is posed.

I retouched the photo using Paint Real, from the online photo, gently increased the saturation, enhanced the value range, and resized it larger slightly, then resharpened it slightly, and saved it, as the lady deserves some appreciation, indeed.

the very original scene was designed and set up by Sterling and shot by the photagrapher, Richard, as part of a series,
The photograph is part of a photo spread called "Citi Vice" in the glossy magazine distributed for free at Publix and other local businesses. Local boxing star Winky Wright and race car driver Dan Wheldon chase the model in a series of photos that pay homage to the hit television show Miami Vice .
A finger tool!

Oh OK.

I didn't click any of your links. Didn't realize it was *supposed* to be a posed photo. I thought they were claiming this really happened or something. Duh!

Definitely "Visual Arts" by both the photographer and you. :)
