RUTH GWILY, ARTIST

Post by Zlatko Waterman » October 27th, 2006, 1:03 pm

Would you like an unusual, somewhat uncomfortable at times, but nonetheless powerful as well as witty visual art experience?

Try "Cycle" by the Israeli artist/illustrator/comix creator Ruth Gwily.

From time to time, on my Studio site, I'll post some recommendations for the StudioEight readership of artists I discover who are worthy of note. I'm beginning here on "Visual Arts."

Ruth Gwily has made something highly accomplished, new and powerful.
