wetcanvas has undergone a few changes over the years. Way back about 4 or 5 years ago, i'd go and engage in chats with some very varied and interesting artists.
i say 'artists' cause we'd talk about art - their shows, their troubles, their techniques. Fantastic.

not sure if they hold chats these days, but there's a ton of forums and information.

wonderful resource.
