The only thing I could say is that they were treating a world famous American poet, writer and social critic. Not unlike H.L. Mencken and Henry Miller.
I suppose that sounds like hubris maybe a minor qualification but I have been thinking a lot about what it is to be an American lately. It seems like politicians want to come up with their own meanings for what it is.

Yep. I wanted to use Facebook for www.mistertroll.com, but nobody could see it who didn't have an account. So it still redirects to that ghost town, Myspace.

I signed up for MySpace to follow your music. I got so many emails of beautiful women asking me if I wanted to see more.

I don't want no more fan mail. I guess I will have to pass on Facebook.

Visited with him tonight.

He's doing much better, has been able to eat some solid food, is getting a little stronger. He goes in again Wednesday for more follow-up, and expects to have to undergo radiation therapy. They took the lymph nodes in the general area of the cancer as well as the larynx. He mentioned being aware that his flute-playing days are over, for sure.

He has a high level of acceptance and a realistic hopefulness in regards to the future. I don't think he's going to allow all this to slow him down for very long. He is actively pursuing options for getting his eyes fixed, as well.

good news when he can deal with his current realities despite their pitfalls. our times for change sometimes deals us curious hands that demand all new paths to continue onwards.

Please tell him I'm thinking about him.... still trying to figure out how to finance the trip. Fingers crossed.

Tell him I had to use his candle a week ago for some minutes... (building electric cut at 6 am and the only candle available was his cubic gardenian one... ! ) . Keep us posted!!

i had no idea that clay was having such a rough time. he's a good guy and i'm pulling for him.
