fell asleep lightly tv on
with gershwin in my head
walking the dog up and down
jaunty sophistication
katherine hepburn wearing slacks
sweater sleeves loosely tied
up and down the piano keys
the boulevard palm tree lined
cary smiles and tips his hat
good morning katherine dear
packards and pierce arrows go
sunset boulevard you know
turn left and then a right
can't miss it if you try
up and down the boulevard
black and white keys
all night and day
i know you are the one

Katherine Hepburn is my idol. Probably the only idol I've ever had. I love her. Strong, sexy, beautiful, feminine, and witty... everything a woman should be.

I enjoyed your poem, constant-dino (constantly a pleasure to read you)

"Philadelphia Story" is one of my all time faves... Kate and Cary plus Jimmy (gawd i love them all).... very funny stuff! I could watch that movie 3 times in a row and not get bored.
