tonight is the night of the long dagger
it is a night for the swarthy
to take to the casbah
and rise against the european interlopers
like a herd of wild interlopes
they interlope here, they interlope there
they interlope everywhere i go
tonight, we will take to the circuitous alley
that winds like a river of rumor and deceit
and we will make it run red
like cherry pez
in a red fez
and then we will see
what we will see if we feel like seeing it
but not until then
one must be patient
and hold his water tightly
else he will piss his white pants
and be made to look the fool
