chia head 's eyes followed me
as i paced back and forth
nervously, green gro-paste
rippled across chia head's scalp
something was ticking in there
percolating,
chia head had big ideas
chia head was protecting his turf
or at least the proto turf
smeared on his plastic head
like so much guacamole
his smile was infuriating
at first i thought it innocuous
but i began to notice minute
and malevolent twists
of this lip and that lip
sneering, mocking me
in my own house
In My Own House!!
hence, my agitated state...
even in my dreams
i can't escape him
he floats after me through
the dark, mist-filled streets
of constantinople, a cackling
spectre of everything
that is base and readily
available on the shelves of walmart
god, why have you forsaken me
chia head

Indeed, you may have never possessed one but i'd venture to say that they possess you...mwha ah hahahahaha! I mean, an icon status for the dreaded chia in my book equates to...to to...hmmmm, how can I describe it, uh, uh, no, not pathetic, (despite my reaction of empathy), more twisted but not evil twisted, more like a twisted banana nose wearing a groucho marx disguise....if any of this makes sense at all, I mean really, chias as icons? I'm totally discombobulated here........
