eco-meat

Post by constantine » October 31st, 2012, 4:24 pm

here's the deal
i've got lots of time on my hands
so i figured i'd put it to use
solve a few problems for all
the floundering hominids
we prosaically refer to as "humanity"
i propose a contract - a social contract
each pet owner must provide breeding stock
(or just plain stock) for the meat farm
the first born male or female, whichever the case may be
of every cat and/or dog litter
round them up every couple of weeks
like they did back in the bible
we've got the facilities - so put them to use
it's called re-cycling - and it works!
cats are more prolific, but
they weigh less and taste funny
but if you throw them in a vat
with a proportion of dog, and perhaps
add some nutella or some of that wasabi shit
i think it should be ok - maybe wasabi
for the asian market and mesquite
or something for the occidentals
i'm no market analyst, god knows
they're a dime a dozen anyway
but i'd feel a whole lot better
knowing that a starving ethiope can go to bed satisfied
well-fed, contented, and ready for an honest day's work
we're already doing it with pigs and cows
not to mention the tasty,
and often misunderstood ungulates,
so what's the fucking diff
can the squawk - you're already compromised
only the vegans can claim the moral high ground
and they're so few in number as to be rendered inconsequential
you can toss them in the meat vat and nobody would be the wiser
