... made it back to the house
just ahead of a thunderstorm
this afternoon -
put the bike in the garage
walked toward the house
when the lightning cracked
the thunder boomed
and the rain came down
i looked up
& laughed at the sky -

i felt like every one of
the Magnificent Seven

I knew it would.
