Hey ST ...

You know, you can't watch wild animals and all they have to face in their daily lives without it touching your heart in some way.

I can visualize those big, burly bridge workers watching - and then getting involved when they realized what had happened. We get these big, tough men (workermen, police officers and the such) - along with animal control officers; that will take the time to bringing in injured animals ... and each of them, their hearts are right there on their sleeves.

Nature's rough. Life's rough. But, we're all this together and that (imo) is a good thing.

Nice article. Best of lucky to single dad, the hurt mom ~ and all those helping.

Thanks for the webcam Debbie and thanks for the very interesting article, stilltrucking. This is GREAT stuff!

Isn't it true that usually only one hatchling in an eagle nest makes it to adulthood?

It is our humanity we find in our compassion for non human animals.
Yeah, you DID just say something, stilltrucking. It's a big thing you just said.

If only all people could think like you.
